I know I'm not the target market - I came to eat and drink - but, I'll suggest eating somewhere else and doing your drinking at Bacco the Bayou.Why?They were short staffed - 1 waitress, 1 tender and one cook, so we had to wait about a half hour for our food. And they weren't exactly forthcoming about the fact that they were short in the front and back of house - we could have adjusted expectations. Finally the food was only ok. I had the Wednesday night special (drunken mussels and lobster tail) and it was only fair.
